This is a demonstration site developed for a project being undertaken by Landcare NSW Inc. in association with 13 Catchment Management Authority (CMA) organisations in New South Wales. 
 
Central West PlaceStories is an information communication tool designed to enhance storytelling, communication and collaboration between individuals, communities, networks and organisations about natural resource management issues affecting communities and the environment in the Central West Catchment. 
 
To use the Central West PlaceStories system you firstly need to register as a user.
 
Central West PlaceStories uses two systems to communicate and collaborate:
 
1. PlaceStories software is an easy to use digital storytelling system to report and evaluate projects and issues; and
 
2. Central West PlaceStories website for members to read news items, create a dialogue and share information about the issues that matter in the Central West catchment.
 
PlaceStories is a system for:
 
* managing digital media
* creating digital stories
* collaborating on projects
* sharing online
